No matter what? When there is a opening time and a closing time that means that the business should be operated and open for business, From the moment they open to the moment they close. If it said that they close at 11 it should be understood that they may leave after 11 because the doors should not close until the closing time, which states 11. We are losing Touch of customer service and operational procedures in today's world because of the workers we hite to run our business. Business is business and closing time is not closed yet.... But I completely understand the original question, do you close at 10:45 or 11. if the answer is 11 then you should be allowed in up until the moment they close. 11 does not mean registers will close on people who are still in the building Or. Coming in at 11. It means that the building or service is available up until closing. That's just my opinion
That means they want everyone out by 11. So you stop people going in earlier in order to have everyone out by a certain time. You couldn't close at 11 and still have people coming in at 11.
We close at 11, but you have to understand we come in between 12 and 1 and sometimes we have to carry a shift alone. I personally wouldn't turn anyone away but I understand now why some of us do and it's really nothing personal.
They start closing at 10.45 so they start closing at that time
They start trying to have customers out by 11 & they do sometimes turn away people before 11pm.
I believe their sign says they close at 11:00. The reason you may have been turned away at 10:45 is they want to ensure that they get everybody out by 11:00 so as not to be there any longer than necessary. Not really good business sense but when you are the biggest market around with no competition you can pretty much do what you want
11pm
