Most walmarts ring in to the clothes department where the change/try on rooms are. For whatever reason most the time they either are not right there by the phone or never rush to the phone. Won't be too long and you want even be able to call your local store at all.
They don't care. I've heard this is the worst Walmart around. They JUST. DON'T. CARE. Or they would answer the phone.
There is usually only one person minding the phone and they have to do rework. Aka rehang clothes people knock off the hangers. Plus tag new stock and get it ready to put out to buy.
There are not enough employees on all shifts
