All of my experiences here have been friendly and professional. No complaints. Without knowing all the details of your visit it is difficult to offer any helpful advise. But I know how important it is to feel comfortable with the person doing work on your body. When you're feeling up to attempting another piercing experience I would recommend Big Jim at Black Lotus. He's amazing!

I took the piercing out he gave me it was not good to say the least but the other people here are great
