I think you have to have A Costco credit card in order to purchase gas.
As of 5/3/19, the price for regular is $2.749. I have found them to be .25 - .30 cents cheaper than any of my local stations.
You need to be a member to purchase gas, you do not need a Costco credit card. It generally runs about 8 to 10 cents less than other stations, sometimes a tad more.
