What all do u need to to get a car besides liscense can u just get one with an ID or passport

A valid licenes valid ins. And proof of address..

Drivers license and proof of insurance is required

I think in NC you have to have a license. And you have to be able to have proof of insurance as well

Proof of residence, verify wages, and must obtain vehicle insurance... Don't forget the bigger down payment, the better! Exceptional nice vehicles, reasonable payments!!
