When my stepfather passed away I from Covid I became caretaker off my mother who has cancer. I really needed a dependable car to get her to doctors appointments. 3 people recommended this dealership. I purchased a 2008 Volvo s40 on 12/28/2022. It came with a CarFAX report and was a good price so I was really pleased at first. 18 days after buying the car it brokedown without warning. Timing belt, serpentine belt, alternator, battery, traction control system...the list goes on. The repairs it needs are almost as much as I paid for the car which I can't afford. I needed a reliable car to take care of my mom...and we see how that turned out. The salesmen were super nice and helpful and very informative, however, and I hope other people have better luck than I have

Bought a car from this location about a year ago. For whatever reason, the owner was really trying to get us to get a new tag and registration, instead of just changing over the current tag of the car we had then. Me and my father did not want to do this at first, but the salesman kept insisting that we did. Eventually me and my father gave in, and decided to just get the new tag. One advantage of this is that we would not have to get the car inspected for another year (which happened to land on this month). I just went and tried to have my car inspected and it failed. The mechanic inspecting my car told me that the the check engine light and diagnostic link connector had been tampered with. This caused the mechanic to not even be able to read some of the codes that my car was giving him. We called A & D back to try to get some answers or advice on what we could do with the car, or what would have caused some of these problems. They could only tell us that there cars come from all over the area (WNC, Greenville, Tennessee, etc.) and they had no prior knowledge of the tampering. However we know for a fact that our car came from Marion, NC. So it seems likely that it was tampered with so it could pass an inspection in BUNCOMBE county, and that we were convinced to get a new license plate so that we would not discover these problems until a year after we had already bought the car, and it was due for another inspection. The fact that whoever we talked to on the phone seemed very uninterested and unconcerned with our problems didn’t help us in thinking that this was all a scam by A & D. We are very disappointed to say the least.

Found a car here with a good service record and low mileage at an extremely reasonable price. They added no fees at the end. The guys working there were very honest and upfront about the cars and easy to work with. Absolutely no pressure sale and provided all the information I needed I didn’t give me any runaround. A great group of folks. Don’t judge a book by its cover low overhead means savings to you I would highly recommend.
