Are you a member of a reciprocal yacht club? They have guest moorage that would accommodate but it's on a first come basis.
No, DIYC is a private club. The vast majority of members own a boat, though it is not required.

We have parking in the lot. If that is full, there's plenty of parking outside the gate down about a block.
