I am sorry you got food that you were not happy with. It is most likely the person who prepared it because almost everything that I have ordered from there is very good. I have no complaints about the place. I received exactly what I ordered it was strawberry banana French Toast breakfast was very fresh and delicious. It also came with hash browns bacon and eggs. All of it was fresh. And I drank coffee and ice water. Besides Cracker Barrel IHOP serves the best breakfast in town and the atmosphere there couldn't be much better. People love a comforting dine-in place that has bright lighting nice tables and all kinds of music. It is a great place to relax

Yes we have had the same thing happen to us and not get are food right at ALL right. And very bad service we agree!!!!😡😡
