very bad service. they never have anything you need .. Even though they tell you over the phone that they have the product. Instead of searching and making sure ... what they do is waste time.

Staff was helpful and very friendly. What I am upset over is they asked if I wanted to purchase a bag for my items that I had already purchased for 15cents. Why on earth would they make you pay for a plastic bag. Horrible what this company has came too. If they are that hard up they need to close their company down

Great hair products but very long wait in line. Only one person working up front while doing doing a return while 4 ppl in line then next customer had called in order n had to wait on her to go around the store n gather up supplies she needed she ordered over the fond n by the time I got up there I got up there I probably had waited a good 15-20 minutes in line n that is unfortunate called for u should have a 2nd cashier to help.
