As I stated in an earlier review it should be closed poor food, poor service, equals a restaurant that shouldn't be operating.
Because a majority of customers tolerate the level of services provided. Did you attempt to correct the areas where they failed to meet expectation and if so, did the improved service still fail to meet your expectations?
Better question is why does management tolerate it?
