The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!! Phone calls not returned, email unanswered, issues in every order I placed and worst of all they charged me for an order that was cancelled! They always say they will call you back but they never do!!! I tried everything to do business with this company because they used to have fair pricing. Prices now are more than double of what they originally had!

I can't speak highly enough of Fortuna, Nasi, and his team. White glove customer service is an understatement from them. I bought a KvW Speedster from Fortuna in 2017. They traveled 5+ hours to my home to install it. Fast forward 4 years later, and their team made two other 5 hr+ trips to my house to help me move it to a new one -- and to upgrade with an Idro-Matic. In the interim, they patientially answered all my questions. hanks to Fortuna, I have my dream espresso set up. Don't hesitate to use them!!!
