I'm there alot and have seen people with pets all the time and nobody said anything
I have seen people carrying pets in the Target in Braintree. But I guess that doesn't mean it is allowed. It could just be that they don't always enforce their No Pets policy. I have not found information saying Target is a pet friendly company/store.
