Totally agree, Never experienced or expected a level of service in a USA hospital. Compared to third world country they lack infrastructure but the empathy and service is very heartfelt. The famous word here at piedmont by the nurse " I am not her nurse just filling in" why she entered the patients room? I am working with secretary of health to bring in undercover agents to evaluate the place.
But inside the hospital the care excellent , nursing team very good , once pass the ER waiting room was lucky but the damage done , many complication , what can I tell you
My oncologist wanted me to have lab work here because it was close to her office and could get results the same day. I had several labs here. The whole process of going through registration and getting blood drawn would take from 1 1/2 to 3 hours. There was no one to draw blood. The lab receptionist would tell me the nurse was on her way there.
