I really strongly don't recommend going to this place I've been a resident of Charlotte all 39 years of my life I remember when that place was a real treat to go to but now it's just like almost every other place that used to be good they have a bunch of punks working there that don't give a damn about families that work hard for their money and just want a decent meal and a good way to make memories with their family it makes me angry because the food is good if it is prepared right and it doesn't hurt to have good service with a friendly smile it all sounds very corny but when you have these things and makes it a very good experience to enjoy with the people you love
I love Ihope. I've been having both. Great experience and some bitter. But I think is like everything else. There's no perfection in people. Especially when the place is crowded. And if it is crowded is because they like it. I practice the " If you don't like a place, go somewhere else"
I've had good experiences at this Ihop... Our waitress was a bit older, and we sat in her section both times we went. Great food too!
