Where do I file a complaint about my roof? Went to my local Lowe’s 14 days ago and was told someone would contact us within 10 working days. I haven’t heard from anyone.

You will have to keep trying to get Lowes to hear your complaint. If after so many times then you turn it over to an attorney and threaten to sue.
