They are helpful. Nice crew that works there. Only problem I have is the aggravation about payment. The day before & the day of ( once on each occasion is good). But they text,call,& email my husband and myself. All day about it. Now I can see it if you're very late. Other than that they are awesome 👍.

I have been a customer of Aaron's for awhile and I must say the crew working there now is the best I have seen so FAR! I needed a tv so I went into the store and the 2 ladies upfront greeted as soon as I walked into the door and put a smile on my face. The new sales manager is really sweet and went out of her way to help me and I was able to get the tv I wanted! Fantastic customer service award for Shahogony and Lisa! Would happily recommend Aaron's to all my friends :)

Both Yolanda and Lisa were awesome today! Yolanda took the time to explain options to me. Lisa then sent me information by email and called to make sure I received it! Working together works!
