We were seated next to a window.... Strong chance if you ask and maybe have to wait a little longer! It's an awesome place
Go to the concierge desk at the end of the hotel loby, next to the DVC desk and ask there. Say you want extra magic on this visit .

Not really, however if you contact them the day of the reservation they will do there best to accomodate you as seating allows. It may delay your wait for a table, however, but its a great opportunity to spend time in the lounge and enjoy the fabulous bread service.
You cannot. All seating requests must be made when you check in for your reservation. If you're willing to wait, they'll likely be able to accommodate you.
I don't think you can reserve it specifically. But you can request it at the podium when you check in.
