No. But there is an observation area with night vision goggles. Best time to view without the goggles is just before sunset. 545 to about 630 currently.
Sorry to say it isn't floodlit just like the wildlifes natural habitat, if you are lucky some of the animals may still be active and wander near the viewing area. Best of luck.
