One of your emplyees by the name of “V” is by far one of the rudest people I have ever met and I believe she should not be working in customer service. This women does not deserve her job if she cannot handle certain situations maturely

They don't pay very much, but you might want to take it up with their management. No one on here can change anything but the manager would have a talk with her even if she is a friend.
