No holidays coupons accepted. They do give the regular cast discount with your id (not main gate or silver pass though).
I overheard someone use it in a sit down in Hollywood studios and they worked at the Ca DL resort. I would imagine so since vhef mickey also inquired if inhad a dining plan.
