You can walk in but typically an hour to 1.5 hour wait unless you pick mid afternoon. Agree that Reservation is best.
There might be a slim chance that you will be able to just walk-in because Chef Mickey's kinda popular. I suggest that you make a reservation before coming for guaranteed seats.
