You need to call Guest Services and speak to a cast member. They may give you your reservation fee back depending on the circumstances.
Call guest relations. That's your best bet.
If you call costumer service, they will help you. We missed our scheduled time because we got lost and they were very understanding and pushed our time back for when we got there.
At this point all you can do is call guest relations.
