Apparently you cant was just at the palm coast location at 10:16 and they would not take my order for a lunch item until 10:30.

You can order lunch anytime you just have to let them know you want a lunch item and they'll tell you it's going to be about 15 to 20 minutes to cook and then you can have your food :)
