(Original Post Feb. 2020)- One of the better McD's in town. (Updated Post Sept. 2020)- This used to be a good location, but it has went downhill the past few months. Our orders are wrong 50% of the time. If we call to tell them about a wrong order, we usually get a male (John/Jonathan I think); he always has an attitude. This location is just unpleasant now days. I'd suggest going to another one. (Updated Post Sept. 2022)- this McDonald's has progressively got worse over the years. It was once the best McDonald's in Palm Coast. Now it has the same service as the McDonald's by Kohl's. I walked inside the dine-in area to ask for a packet of mayo, all the employees inside kept looking at me and walking by very quickly so they wouldn't have to help me. There was nobody standing in line. I eventually just left after no one helped me for 10 minutes. Do not go to this location.

Wonderful customer service at this McDonald's. They are always on point with their coffee and will fix any mistake. The staff is friendly and i enjoy my experience. Josh is the best man on duty.

If zero stars was an option That’s what I would choose. You can never go through the drive thru and not get pulled into a waiting spot. The first two parking spots are against code. Number one blocks and ADA sidewalk ramp and number 2 blocks a door and they BOTH block the thru lane. This is going to cause an accident. All of this so they can check the box they served us in a timely fashion. SMH

Quick bite during the day is great. It's the evening when service is extremely slow and the food quality isn't the best. I'll stick to mornings dine in.
