Walk-in is available, you can make reservations for a party or rent the entire place. I've done all of these and my son and I are pro racers here. There is also a good discount if you sign up for a membership!
Walk in is fine was there on Father's Day
I don't believe a reservation is required. They do have a large amount of walk-in customers. Even if you just go to watch and check out the arcade, it's just a fun environment for all ages.
