Do u have to be a scuba diver to go in the devils den? Also do you go with a bunch of people or do u find it on ur own ?

You don't have to be a scuba diver, snorkeling works and you can go with a buddy

To dive with scuba gear you need to be certified but they have plenty of snorkeling gear to rent. I do not believe you need a buddy while snorkeling.
