The cavern is pretty deep, however, the explorable areas are up to 60' down. They have the rest of the caves blocked off due to instability and hazards. The caves are amazing to scuba though. There are many Blue Gills, turtles, and if you are lucky see some massive catfish down there. Two friends and I spent 2 hours easily exploring.
It's not deeper than 40 ft. No, there isn't plenty of stuff to explore in there, but if you are a diver, you can explore more than those who just snorkel.
Max depth is 50-60 ft. As a diver, there are several interesting limestone formations, and some fossils spread around. Be wary of the areas blocked off, the caves can very very small quickly, and you can easily get turned around. Stay in the main area and you'll be fine.
