They're lot of guides and how-to to assist with sourcing and guidance to building your own machine if someone is unable to assist.
You should call them im pretty sure they will custom build a computer for you but it'll cost more than if you built it yourself.
My son bought the parts from there and built the desktop for me. Saved so much on a great fast computer.
They don't literally assemble them for you, they just sell the parts or pre-assembled computers. They will help you come up with the parts if you don't know what you want. A part list would be wise... But keep in mind they may not have stuff in stock and you may need to improvise.
