What is their exchange and return policy?

Their return policy is good i never had a problem and i guess if you return the item in the allowed time i dont see no reason why you should have a problem

If you want to return something, as long as you signed up for the protection plan, you may go to the front desk with the item and the plan. They give you your money back equal to what you spent on the item in store credit.
