Are some of the trails stroller friendly? A coworker also told me that you can swim here? Is this true?

I've walked all the trails, they are not all stroller friendly, unless it's one of the big wheel jogging style. It's no swimming, but as mentioned earlier Salmon Brook Park has plenty of swimming holes right in the brook

The trails are pretty rugged, but an offroad stroller would work. You cannot swim in the pond (wouldnt want to anyway-so much goose waste) but ive seen some people wade in the brooks. If you want a place to swim, try Salmon Brook Park down the road.

Trails are definitely stroller friendly. Don't know about the swimming. Sorry.
