Very dirty inside, but still open, why ? In same condition, other restaurants be closed already in Chinatown!

I seem to recall that the staff would dispense their prepared food with gloved hands. The average client/shopper will not tolerate a business that serves food that would sickens them. Yet this store is always busy. Sony Fan , I think you are better served with shopping at a sterile market like Like Trader and Whole..

Its not a restaurant, it is more of a supermarket that sells prepared food.

Dirty does not mean it's necessarily not up to code.
