Can you move there at age 50? Are any homes built for easy handicap access if needed... Eg.. wider doorways or ability to put in a ramp if needed in future? What is the price range fir 2 bedrooms, hoa fees, any other fees. Thank you.

Hello Marisa, Someone in the household needs to be at least 55 to live here. Others over 18 are welcome to live with them. All of our homes are built with wide doorways and ability to transform for disabilities. We have 1 resale available in our community. The HOA fee is $225 per month.
