You can if you can. I made reservations and when we got there was totally different and disappointing.

As long as you make your reservation at least 24 hours before you need it. You can sit outside or inside if your full party is vaccinated.

Yes. They have 2 sides now. One is self serve. Meaning you order first then sit down. The other side is for reservations and inside dining.
When I went I saw a group of 8 people there being seated. What I would do is call ahead of time and ask just to double check.
