My home is adjacent to No. Farms park in North Branford. Couple of days ago a large cat came right up to my deck. In googling it I am thinking it is a lynx or a bobcat. Either one been seen by anyone else and do we have lynx in CT?

Not that I'm aware of, I think they are further north like Canada, Maine... I live in Meriden and have definitely seen Bobcat, which are quite elusive, and shy, they are also loner cats unless it's a female when she is raising a litter... But even then you probably won't see her little ones because she will hide them to protect them... You can Google it to find out for sure... That is the best of my Knowledge... Happy Holidays
