I'm a black man who has shopped at Lyfe Thyme for well over 10 years and have never felt racism in that store. Hopefully your situation was a misunderstanding.
Hello Canard, We're sorry for the experience you had. If this is something we can look further into, it's most important for us to get a little more information. Please let us know the general time and day you had this experience and we'll get right on it. :-) So far as racism goes, that's not a word we use lightly. Certainly it's a perception we don't work to facilitate and our store has no color, ethnic, religious or other bias as can be observed in the diversity of our staff and management history. We look forward to your feedback. Regards, Jason Thank you Canard for your candid feedback. Though we do not agree with your perception of bias, we had an opportunity to review the tapes. We observed our mistakes and would love an opportunity to make this right for you and present a store credit for this recent purchase. Thanks for writing with your experience. -jason
As a human rights lawyer i can assure you I do not take it lightly either. 5/17 9:21 Am terminal 52 let them explain why they did not monitor the 2 white males. My items all scanned they were not trained to understand and chose to offend me and not monitor the white men ~check the cameras
