I received my DMV Registration Credential. My present registration certificate expires in March and the new certificate has a bill attached. What to do? 1. Where do I send the $90 2. Is this credential valid or does it need a stamp or something

It should say who to send the $90 to, but it's DMV. You don't need a stamp on the renewed certificate.

The bill should have the address of where to send payment and to whom it should be made payable. I believe you can also pay online at the DMV website. The registration is good as is once payment is made. No stamp is needed.
