my registration is up on Oct. 30 and i have not received a renewal form with the pin number to renew online, where do i get this from?

You might want to go in because if you call you're going to be on hold forever so you might want to go in and explain to them what the issue is

You may want to call Wethersfield directly and ask them why your renewal wasn't processed.
