I never received my driving license. I renewed it at Triple A. They said that I would be getting my new one in the mail. This was in January. I forgot all about it since I was recovering from surgery and death in the family. What do I need to do?

Bring your expired paper to DMV to get another duplicate. There's no charge unless you moved then it's $30.
