Can I walk in and get a state ID.. I try to make appointment On the website but it saying. No time available on August 18, 2020.. this will be my first CT state ID. And also I have a flight to take later that day..

Appointments are back up substantially take the first appointment you can get. They will not let you in without an appointment.

At this time they are backed up until November....you have to make an appointment or they won't see you at all
