I don't remember seeing any in that area but they did have another area (about 5 min from champions gate) which was right across from a shopping area. It looked really nice.

VRBO is your friend when renting from Champions Gate. The smallest house they have are 4 -5 bedrooms.
Yes, I think they have a hotel, townhomes, and large single family homes you can rent . They are still building so if you would prefer to buy I am sure you can . You can rent through them directly or through third party, or home owners themselves.
