Why did he refuse? If there is an answer by date he has to serve by 3 weeks before it.
Not wanting to turn this into a "internet thing" I will take back the word refused. I called him at 3 just to let him know my husband was home just in case he was in the area and he wasn't, no big deal. But he said he was coming Thursday. 4:30 or later. No show. I gave him my husband's # my husband said he has not called back. Divorce is hard on everyone, if he was to busy he could have told me to hire someone else. So I guess we wait. So it doesn't sound like a rant this is all I will say about that.
