Terrible customer service - if you can even call it that. Waiting at customer service for 20 mins while only 1 person works even though there were 3 standing around. As I waited someone else waiting in line asked if they could help or get anyone and the woman nastily responded no. If employees dont know how to get things done then they shouldn't work customer service. Coming to this location is a disservice to the community and I will no longer do business with them. You lost a long customer and i'm sure many others will follow! Do not recommend this location to anyone - go anywhere else even if its further away!
