I am looking to stay for at least a year in my 30 ft fifth wheel. I wanted to know are we aloud to do this length of stay and what may be an idea of monthly rates?

Florida does not allow 1 year stays in rv resorts other wise it is classified a Mobile home park. (I think 6 months max)
