This randomly started to happen to me too.. they said I received medical assistance for the kids.. I had to take a whole day off of work to go to Medicaid and even though I cancelled all Medicaid for my kids.. had the kids listed as active. I had to have them cancel all Medicaid.. confirm it.. and the state still takes 160 per month for Medicaid! Mind you I pay for health insurance through my job and pay all co-pays.. because even though we qualify I cant afford to pay for both .. they stopped taking it out for one month after threatening to sue and call the news .. then they started taking it the next month.. I am a single parent and really cant afford this.. it is not fair

I believe it goes to the medical portion. State collects that. The rest goes to you.

If you receive cash assistance, that's why your not receiving all of it.
