Ordered today at 4:29 . Got home and was wrong. Asked for white meat , got dark. Was told biscuit was fresh, was hard as a rock. Only about 3 miles away, so it was hard when I got it. She never asked what side I wanted. Called and will not answer

That also HAPPENED to me at Bojanles too I wised up ..I look in the box before I drive off and make them give me fresh..if it is not..

Keep calling..And ask for a Manager..Tell the manager what happ abd hold on to your receipt..They will replace it
