We stopped at Bojangles in Loris around noon today. I have to say it was the absolute best chicken biscuit I have had at Bojangles in a very, very long time. Actually, it was the best chicken biscuit from anywhere in a long time. Thank you for changing my mind. After so many hard, dry biscuits, chicken that seems to be old. Family dinner that was short pieces of chicken or no biscuits at all. I'd decided to go elsewhere. But I wanted a chicken biscuit today... From Bojangles. I called the manager and she said she is new. I told her to keep up the good work. She is making a difference. If they keep that manager and she keeps up the good work, I'll start going to Bojangles again. And the sweet tater pie..... Oh my gosh!!!! Better than ever. Great lunch today!!!!

Went to Bo's for the first time. Was not impressed. There was plenty of parking and its wheelchair accessible. We waited several minutes for someone to come to the register. We got chicken sandwiches, some with fries, some with mac-n-cheese. Mac was good. Fries were well seasoned but either nicely crisp or soggy. The sandwich wasn't anything special. Didn't enjoy the mayo. Overall, it was edible but I'd rather Popeyes.

Where do I even start so we get to the window to order food we ask for a family feast the women working was like it's a 20 minute wait which is no big deal so we're like ok and she goes are you really going to wait 20 extremely rudely... then she asks what sauce we want and she says there out once again no big deal so we ask for different once she cuts us off and says we'll we only have these two... why did you even ask then... then we're at the end of the order and she goes oh yeah we're also out of tea. So we say that's fine we're not getting charged for it right? And she legit just says well I can give you two large ones instead... we canceled the whole order... other places to pick up food and not deal with someone this rude I understand working in a restaurant is rough right now I work at one also but you didn't need to be so rude about every little thing won't be back... I actually couldn't even believe what happen...

While I like the energy of some of the people, the food has gotten worse and worse. It's now at the point where I only order egg and cheese biscuit, but after the truly old one I go today (at 2pm no less), I'll have to try Hardee's across the street. Egg and cheese biscuits are not hard to make and they take minimum time, which is why I switched to it instead of the chicken I used to love. The egg on the biscuit I was given today has that weird hard edge that tells you it's been sitting too long. Gross and lazy. I'm done with this location.
