Is the public allowed or is a town beach only. And where do you get a parking pass if it’s public. Thanks

During the summer season, dogs are not allowed on the town beach. You could walk them down further past the town sign.

It is a public beach. It's $40 to park on the weekend. $20 during the week. But the lot fills up fast. You pay for parking when you arrive.

I saw plenty of dogs there so I disagree with the not dog friendly.

You can pay upon entry. Open to public. Arrive very early. Lot usually full by 9am on weekends. Leave dogs at home, not a dog-friendly beach.
