It would take some time to list all of the major 20th century works on display. But a few of interest off the bat might be Vincent Van Gogh's The Starry Night, Henri Rousseau's The Sleeping Gypsy and Claude Monet's Water Lillies. You're also going to see work by Picasso, Rauschenberg, Pollack, Duchamp and Twombly. There's sculpture, painting, drawings, sound art and film. Don't miss it!
In the top floor there are Andy Warhols, Van Goghs, Picassos (like Damiselles d'Avignon), etc. But this museum is about the contemporary and modern art. If you look for famous classics there are others like The Met.
Another important one is "La Danse" by Matisse.
In my opinion: 1.Vincent van Gogh, The Starry Night... 2.Henri Rousseau, The Dream. ... 3. Sophie Taeuber-Arp, Composition of Circles. ... 4. Lee Krasner, Polar Stampede. ... 5. Lee Friedlander, Philadelphia. ... 6.Nan Goldin, Nan and Brian in Bed, New York City. ... 7. Ai Weiwei, Study of Perspective but you have to see it on your own
If one day I want to show my paintings in an exhibition, what are the requirements for that?
