Hello, will aquatic wildlife order fish for the customer they do not have in the store and then charge them the price of the fish and shipping?

I've only ordered from them once and it was over a year ago while they were still in the old location. I placed an order for freshwater clams that they did not have in stock at the time and I paid normal retail price, like 6 bucks a piece, and was not charged any sort of shipping cost, I picked them up in-store maybe a week or 2 after ordering.

Yes. In their new location, they will still order fish for you upon request.
