I tried that.... He was giving me $150 MONTH FOR 2 girls thats not even enough... I waited till he got a better job. Still the same $150 on top of that he had another baby he brag about and my daughters are the black sheep..i asked for $300 a month his reply take what you get or get nothing at all... Im just tired of talking at this point
You must go to your local family court bldg. and petition the court to establish a child support order or you could have a conversation with him and agree on a certain amount without the courts being involved at all.
